Yes — pets are welcome. The villa is rented as a whole house with no other guests sharing the property. We just ask that you help us keep the house clean and look after everything inside.

Yes. Please let us know and get approval in advance via LINE before your stay. There is a BBQ grill and outdoor space to use. We do ask that noise is kept down after 22:00 out of respect for the surrounding area.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area. Please do not smoke inside the house.

The room rate is paid in full to confirm your booking (your dates are held for 10 minutes while you transfer). The ฿5,000 security deposit is separate — you settle it with our staff at check-in and we return it in full within 24 hours after the villa has been checked.

Once payment is made, the room rate is final and non-refundable, and cannot be moved or changed to other dates under any circumstances — your dates are held exclusively for you and closed to other guests straight away. Please double-check your dates, or talk to us, before you pay.

The rate is for the whole villa, not per person — 6,990 THB per night Monday to Thursday and 9,999 THB per night Friday to Sunday, with a one-night minimum. The rate already covers 8 guests.

The rate covers whole-villa rental for 8 guests. There are two possible extras: additional guests at 500 THB per person (charged once per stay, up to 6 people), and a 5,000 THB damage deposit which is not part of the booking transfer — it is paid to staff on arrival and returned in full within 24 hours after the check-out inspection.

The villa is at 424/10 Khao Yai, Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima (coordinates 14.728883, 101.35966); the map button on the site opens it in Google Maps. Driving is the most convenient way to arrive, and there is on-site parking for two SUV-sized cars.

Yes. There are two separate kitchens — a Western kitchen inside the house and a separate Thai kitchen for stir-frying and other strong-smelling cooking. There is also a BBQ grill for outdoor evenings, and free ice is provided on arrival.

It is a private pool for this house only, not shared. It uses a salt-water system, which is gentler on skin and eyes than chlorine, has a slide into the pool, and looks out onto the mountains.

There is a multi-function table for both pool and ping-pong, the salt-water pool with its slide, a BBQ grill, bicycles for riding around the area, a large Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi throughout. The house has a double-volume living area, and one bedroom has a full-height glass wall facing the mountains.

The minimum stay is one night, and you can book straight away through the website as long as the calendar shows the dates are free. Your dates are held as soon as you start booking and closed to other guests once confirmed.

Yes. Once our team has checked your payment slip and confirmed the booking, a confirmation email is sent automatically if you provided an email address. It contains your booking reference, stay dates, the amount paid, and what to prepare for check-in.
