Question 1

Accepted Answer

Question 2

Which account do I transfer to — how do I know it is really you?

Accepted Answer

For your safety

If you book direct with us (this website · LINE OA · Facebook · phone), payment goes to this one account only.

Transfer to
Mrs. DOUNGCHAN TANGPRASITTI
Kasikornbank (KBank) · 238-1-46635-6

• This is the only account we collect into — no second account, and we never change the number midway.
• Before you confirm the transfer, check that your banking app shows the payee name exactly as above.
• This account number is identical on our website, LINE OA and Facebook — please cross-check.
• If it shows any other name, or anyone sends you a different account number, that is not us — stop and message us right away.

You can also book through Airbnb · Booking.com · Agoda or Pool Villa City — pay inside that platform's own system (prices there are higher because we pay platform fees).

Question 3

Accepted Answer

Question 11

Accepted Answer

Question 12

Can 10, 12 or 14 people stay, and how is that priced?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The whole-villa rate already covers 8 guests; each additional guest is an extra bed at 500 THB per person per night, up to 6 extra guests, for a maximum of 14 people. For example, 10 guests = the villa rate + 2 extra beds; 14 guests = the villa rate + 6 extra beds. Pick your guest count on the booking page and the total is calculated instantly.

With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms it sleeps 8, or up to 14 with extra beds, so several families can come together. Parking inside and in front of the house fits around 5–6 cars.

Question 15

Accepted Answer

Question 16

Can just 2–4 people book, and is it cheaper?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The price is a whole-villa rate, not per person, and it already covers 8 guests, so there is no separate small-group price — a small party simply gets the entire 4-bedroom house, private pool and grounds to themselves. Rates start at 6,900 THB per night on Sunday to Thursday.

Question 24

Is there a deposit, or do I pay in full?

Please double-check your dates, or talk to us, before you pay.
